Consequently, it is imperative that the client exercises due caution and vigilance in safeguarding the provided credentials to prevent any potential inconvenience or disruption in access.


3. Account Changes:

  • Modifications or alterations to the account, including but not limited to password or email changes, must be executed within a strict 24-hour window following the purchase. Any such adjustments made within this timeframe are under the client's purview. However, it is crucial to note that we disclaim any responsibility or liability for complications, malfunctions, or any other issues that may manifest after this 24-hour period if alterations to the account have been implemented. The responsibility for ensuring the account remains in proper working order post-modification lies solely with the client.


4. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are exclusively available within the confines of the 14-day guarantee period, commencing from the exact moment you receive the account credentials. Should any issues or discrepancies arise during this specified timeframe, it is imperative that you contact us promptly to seek a resolution. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide hard evidence of the issue, such as video recordings, mailbox screenshots, or other relevant documentation. Once this guarantee period has elapsed, the opportunity for a refund is irrevocably forfeited, and no reimbursements will be entertained or provided under any circumstances. The client is thus encouraged to thoroughly review and utilize the account within this period to ensure full satisfaction.



5. Responsibility:

  • We disclaim any responsibility or liability for actions undertaken by third parties that could impact the usability, accessibility, or overall functionality of your account once the 14-day guarantee period has concluded. After this specified period, any interference, restriction, or impairment caused by external entities falls entirely outside our sphere of accountability, and we cannot be held liable for any resultant inconveniences or disruptions. It is incumbent upon the client to safeguard their account against such potential third-party influences post-guarantee.



6. Compliance:

  • By completing a purchase from our shop, you expressly acknowledge and agree to adhere to all relevant laws, statutes, and regulations governing the use and management of the accounts acquired. This agreement encompasses any local, national, or international legal frameworks that may apply to your specific jurisdiction. The responsibility to remain informed and compliant with these legal obligations lies solely with you, the purchaser. Failure to do so may result in legal consequences for which we bear no responsibility, as adherence to applicable legal standards is a prerequisite to your continued use of the purchased accounts.



7. Product Usage:

  • Purchased accounts are intended strictly for personal use, and any form of resale, redistribution, or sharing of the account details is unequivocally prohibited. Engaging in such activities constitutes a violation of the terms of service and may lead to the immediate termination of the account without eligibility for a refund. This prohibition is in place to maintain the integrity and security of the accounts, and any breach of this policy will be dealt with decisively, including the potential nullification of access to the account, leaving the purchaser with no recourse for reimbursement.



8. Prohibited Activities:

  • You agree not to use the purchased accounts for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activities or violating any platform’s terms of service.



9. Support Services:

  • We offer comprehensive support for any issues or concerns related to your purchase within the designated guarantee period. This support is accessible through our officially designated contact channels, where our team is committed to assisting you with any problems you may encounter. We endeavor to respond to all inquiries and requests for assistance within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring that your concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Our support system is structured to provide timely and effective solutions during the guarantee period, thereby ensuring your satisfaction with the purchase.



10. Third-Party Deals:

  • All transactions and agreements must be conducted exclusively within our Discord server, Facebook, or Instagram only. We do not support or endorse any deals made through channels outside these platforms. For your safety and to ensure a smooth transaction, please use our designated communication methods on these platforms for any purchase or issue. Engaging in transactions or discussions outside of our Discord server, Facebook, or Instagram may result in the loss of support and guarantees, as we cannot provide assistance or honor any guarantees for deals conducted through other external channels.



11. Account Recovery:

  • If an account is recovered by the original owner or becomes inaccessible due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, provided that the issue is reported within the guarantee period. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 6 working days from the date of the report. It is crucial to report any issues within this timeframe to qualify for a resolution. Reports made after the guarantee period will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.



12. Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of a dispute, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly to address and resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you in good faith to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Your concerns will be handled with care and attention, and we will make every effort to ensure that a fair and equitable solution is reached.
